By accepting any products delivered from Wholesaletip.com, you ("Customer") agreed to the terms and conditions listed below. Any attempt to modifiy, alter or amend these terms and conditions by Customer will be considered a alteration and therefore, null and void this agreement. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Customer is advised to review the Terms and Conditions carefully every time you place an order and accepting delivery of any products from Wholesaletip.com.
Risk of Loss
If Customer provides Wholesaletip.com with Customer’s carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships for Wholesaletip.com, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from Wholesaletip.com to Customer upon shipment from Wholesaletip.com’s facility. For all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from Wholesaletip.com to Customer upon receipt by Customer. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s). Wholesaletip.com retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges.
Warranties
Customer understands that Wholesaletip.com is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Wholesaletip.com. In purchasing the products, Customer is relying on the manufacturer’s specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by Wholesaletip.com. In connection with services, neither affiliates of Wholesaletip.com nor third party service providers are agents of Wholesaletip.com and Wholesaletip.com has no obligation or liability arising from any services performed by or any warranty, if any, made by, such service providers. Wholesaletip.com AND ITS AFFILIATES HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO PRODUCTS SOLD OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES OR AFFILIATES OF Wholesaletip.com, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, IF ANY.
Limitation of Liability
NEITHER Wholesaletip.com NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. NEITHER Wholesaletip.com NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES BY THIRD PARTIES. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED DIRECTLY BY Wholesaletip.com OR ITS AFFILIATES, NEITHER Wholesaletip.com NOR ITS AFFILIATES ARE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT(S) OR SERVICE(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Wholesaletip.com will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.
Orders; Payment Terms; Interest; Taxes
Orders are not binding upon Wholesaletip.com unless accepted (credit card transactions processed on the site DO NOT constitute acceptance of an order.) by Wholesaletip.com and we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Terms of payment are within Wholesaletip.com's sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time period specified on the invoice, measured from the date of invoice. Wholesaletip.com may invoice parts of an order separately. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the lower of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month or at the highest rate allowed by law. Customer is responsible for, and will indemnify and hold Wholesaletip.com harmless from, any applicable sales, use or other taxes associated with the order. Customer must claim any exemption from tax at the time of purchase and provide the necessary supporting documentation. Any sales, use or other applicable tax is based on the location to which the order is shipped. In the event of a payment default, Customer will be responsible for all of Wholesaletip.com’s costs of collection, including court costs, filing fees and attorney’s fees. All payments by Paypal or wire transfer must be completed within 24 hours of sale. If an order is not paid within the 24 hour window the order will become null and void.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt. At our discretion, we will do one of the following:
* a) Exchange the item. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and we will ship the replacement item to the Customer. Customers based outside the United States are responsible for shipping both ways.
* b) Accept the item for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
* c) Refer the customer to the manufacturer for warranty service
Refused/Returned Shipments
Shipments that are returned to us for any reason such as incorrect shipping address, inability to clear through customs etc will be charged for to and fro shipping and a restocking fee may apply. In case, the item is non-refundable, the customer will need to arrange for reshipment of the item. If arrangements for reshipment are not made within 7 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the items at our discretion.
Shipping Damage
Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customer is responsible for assisting and cooperating with the claim process of the shipping carrier. This includes providing description of the damage and allowing for inspection of goods and packing material.
Televisions must be inspected at the time of delivery. If there is any damage, it should be noted with the delivery courier and and delivery should be refused. We are not responsible for damage discovered after the shipment has been signed for. If the television is found to be undamaged upon return, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee may apply.

Pricing Information; Availability Disclaimer
All pricing is subject to change. Wholesaletip.com reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and products for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, Wholesaletip.com cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Customer’s orders.
Return Policy
Wholesaletip.com is here to help make the return process as easy as possible for you. To keep our costs down, and in turn keep our prices as low as possible, we require that you follow the procedures listed below.
All products sold by Wholesaletip.com are covered under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Please contact the warranty service provider listed in your product documentation for defective products and missing parts. If, after contacting the manufacturer it is determined that the product is defective, the manufacturer will either offer to repair or replace the item direct from the factory or may refer you back to Wholesaletip.com. If they refer you back to Wholesaletip.com, please email our Service Department at service@Wholesaletip.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO RETURNS of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
* Wholesaletip.com customer return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
* Please return all products 100% complete. This includes manufacturer box, UPC label, packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards and accessories.
* Return policies are contingent upon various manufacturer policies. Wholesaletip.com reserves the right to decline return requests based on those policies.
* Please contact Wholesaletip.com Customer Services via e-mail at sales@Wholesaletip.com, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping product back to Wholesaletip.com. This will expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit upon processing.
* In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: Customer number, invoice number, serial number, reason for return, action to take (replacement/repair/return/credit) and whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed. Please do not write on or damage the manufacturer box.
* Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Wholesaletip.com’s distribution center for all products being shipped back to Wholesaletip.com. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by Wholesaletip.com to Customer, at Wholesaletip.com’s expense, using the same shipping method as was used by Customer to ship the original products back to Wholesaletip.com. If the carrier selected by Customer is not used by Wholesaletip.com, a comparable shipping method will be selected.
* Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped back to Wholesaletip.com. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or DHL. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
* Failure to return a product within the applicable return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
